Town Hall Feedback

In the last three weeks, the Department of Medical Education has hosted six town hall meetings: two general and four student-specific conversations with plans to reschedule the Scholarly Year meeting very soon. Moving forward, your feedback and ideas are welcomed as we enter into our next month.

Please complete this short survey by Wednesday, April 15 at 9a.

MS4 ACLS Training

For all graduating students, ACLS is part of how we prepare you for intern year. For those of you who took Internship to Internship earlier in the year you will have already completed this milestone. For those of you who took the Intro to Internship remote version, you still need to complete your training. We have organized the online portion of training in two waves: early graduates and May graduates. For those of you graduating early, you have been prioritized for the training and will receive an email from CPR123 by the weekend. If you have not, please contact mia.aguayo@mssm.edu. We will roll out the second wave of training later in April.

Annenberg Access

Beginning this weekend, the West Lobby of Annenberg will be used for patient care. Consequently, routes of access to the building will change. The current plan is all access to Annenberg will be through the 101st Street and Madison Avenue entrance. Upon entering the building, take the stairs or ramp down to the MC level and take an immediate left. Follow the hallway until you see the low-rise elevators. These elevators can be taken to the 5th floor, where transfer to the mid-rise elevators is available. The mid-rise elevators service floors 5 & 10-18. On the 18th floor one can transfer to the high-rise elevators for floors 18-26. Neither the mid-rise nor the high-rise elevators will go to the first floor. Navigating to the 5th floor and taking the low-rise elevator to the MC level will allow access to Madison Avenue.

Weekend Access to Telehealth

For after hours and weekend coverage, you may access the Mount Sinai Telehealth options as follows. Use PROMO code COVID19 to have fees waived.

Think of it like your Siri or Alexa for all the information that is posted on the COVID-19 Employee Resources Website, except with real human beings on the other end of the phone.
