Year 1 - March 9-22, 2020

LEC or large group sessions: Echo lecture capture recordings from the previous academic year and/or new recordings will be provided via Bb when available.

CCSG: Cases and accompanying discussion questions will be provided to all students via Bb. Students will review and upload written responses to CCSG questions to Bb

Year 3

Didactic SG sessions: All didactic sessions will be recorded and/or the slide decks will be provided for students to review on Bb

Precepting rounds: These will remain as usual with the necessary precautions

Shelf Exams: For the March 13th shelf date, we will be making accommodations to spread out students in small groups so that students can take the exam safely and remain on track. If your exam is on March 13th, please pay close attention to location changes. We will be messaging students with their room assignments.

Year 4

InFocus 8: Students will review course materials and complete a series of related, thought provoking questions. In addition there will be a quiz addressing all three themes of Health Care Delivery Science, Teaching Skills, and Leadership. More details on the completion requirements will be released on Tuesday, March 10th.

We are currently working to identify alternative formats for Research Day and will have updated information for you in the next few days.

Match Day - we are faced with new challenges to social gatherings and while we may be disappointed, protecting our community and guests remains our priority. The Office of Student Affairs is committed to creating a memorable experience for the Class of 2020. It is best to notify friends and family who were planning to travel to campus that doing so is not an option at this time.

We have SUSPENDED, effective immediately, student presence in ERs within the Health System and our affiliates.

Finally, if you are still planning to meet in groups of less than 20 participants for any meeting or program activity, please continue to follow institutional requirements outlined below:
