Description: The Specialty Focused Mentoring Program is designed by students for students, to help guide you in pursuing your career specialty. The program is composed of upperclassmen who plan to apply to residency and are willing to mentor 1st and 2nd year students. Mentors offer general advice from their experiences and share tips on ongoing research projects and available faculty mentors. The program is available to all students and has mentor volunteers who plan to apply to a variety of different medical specialties. The specialty focused mentors are listed under each specialty.
