DECODING THE CODE
Session Description: Often times, the 3rd year medical student is at a loss during a medical code - not knowing their specific roles and how AND when they can help. This session is designed to teach clinical medical students on how they can assist in a cardiac arrest situation with a focus on the immediate pre-code situation as well as right after the resuscitation period.

- Identify roles and responsibilities of the different providers before and after a code
- Describe how medical students can provide support in these situations especially prior to and just after the resuscitation situation
