Session Description: Reflection is an essential component of medical education and it has a variety of intended outcomes and approaches. It is a process that creates a greater understanding of both the self and the situation so that future actions can be informed by this understanding. In this session, we will describe and formulate strategies as a group for responding to challenging situations in clinical and learning environments
