Session Description: The education of clinicians to the importance of avoiding medical errors and mitigating risks to patients should be paramount in any medical school curriculum. To provide the best care possible, medical students have a responsibility to understand their role in patient safety.

- Understand the overall vision and goals of InFOCUS 6
- Review the InFocus schedule for the academic year (InFocus 5, 6 and 7)
- Review the students’ expectations for the successful completion of the course
