Session Description: This session takes place towards the end of clinical year and during an InFocus week that is centered on preparing residency applications. Given the cumulative stress of third year combined with the upcoming residency application process, many students may experience symptoms of burnout or feel overwhelmed. Introducing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during a time of stress. This time of transition provides an opportunity for students to reflect on their identity and reconnect with their core values in order to guide their professional development.
